2.1 Our services include residential and commercial interior design, false ceiling, wallpapers, wooden tiles, landscaping, elevations, and other related interior works.
2.2 All projects are subject to a formal agreement, including project scope, timelines, and payment terms.
2.3 Design concepts, plans, and materials are finalized after client approval. Any modifications may be subject to additional costs.
3. Payments & Pricing
3.1 Pricing for our services is determined based on project requirements, materials, and labor costs.
3.2 A percentage of the total project cost must be paid as an advance before work commences.
3.3 Full payment must be completed as per the agreed-upon milestones and deadlines.
3.4 Any additional requests or changes after project initiation may incur extra charges.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
4.1 Project cancellations must be requested in writing. Any cancellation after project commencement may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4.2 Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
4.3 If a client terminates the project midway, payment for work completed up to that point is required.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All design concepts, drawings, and layouts created by SA INTERIORS STUDIO remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Clients are not permitted to use, replicate, or distribute our designs without prior written consent.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Clients must provide accurate project details and approve designs within the agreed timeframe.
6.2 Site access, permissions, and necessary approvals must be arranged by the client before the project begins.
6.3 Any delay caused by the client may affect project timelines and costs.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 SA INTERIORS STUDIO is not responsible for any unforeseen delays due to external factors, such as supplier issues, weather conditions, or regulatory approvals.
7.2 We are not liable for any damages, losses, or modifications caused by third-party contractors or external service providers.
8. Warranty & Maintenance
8.1 We provide a warranty on materials and workmanship as per the manufacturer’s terms and industry standards.
8.2 Any damage due to misuse, external factors, or improper maintenance by the client is not covered under warranty.
8.3 Regular maintenance of interiors, furniture, and finishes is the client’s responsibility.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal and project-related information is kept confidential.
9.2 SA INTERIORS STUDIO will not share client information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Telangana.
10.2 Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to resolution through mediation, arbitration, or legal proceedings in the applicable jurisdiction.
